Menlo Park, California (PRWEB) April 25, 2017
Belkasoft, a leading provider of digital forensic solutions, today announced a technology partnership to enable seamless integration of its Belkasoft Evidence Center software with AccessData’s AD Lab Web UI.
Under terms of the strategic partnership, the two companies shared technologies and implemented changes into their corresponding products to allow seamless integration between the two forensic tools. The result is AD LAB users can now seamlessly parse an additional 250 file types directly into the Forensic Toolkit (FTK) database. All users of the system can then utilize the parsed data to add additional color and context to their investigations.
“I am extremely proud of this partnership,” says Yuri Gubanov, Belkasoft CEO. “Working together with one of the most authoritative companies on the market is a seal of quality for Belkasoft’s product range. We are really excited to see how these additional capabilities are received by the AccessData users community.”
“AD Lab is a large-scale investigations and processing engine that enables computer forensics labs of all sizes to provide their teams with collaborative analysis, centralized case management and Web-based review, thereby dramatically streamlining the investigative process,” said Victor Limongelli, CEO of AccessData. “This technology partnership with Belkasoft allows our new Web-based user interface to support hundreds of more applications that our customers may require for evidence analysis.”

About Belkasoft Evidence Center
Belkasoft Evidence Center is a world-renowned tool used by thousands of customers for conducting computer, mobile and cloud digital forensic investigations. Belkasoft Evidence Center can automatically discover, extract and analyze evidence from a wide range of sources including computer hard drives and disk images in all popular formats, memory dumps, mobile backups, JTAG and chip-off dumps, and various cloud services. The tool can capture and analyze volatile evidence stored in the computer’s RAM, identify encrypted files, carve Internet chat logs, Web browsing history and email communications including information stored in digital pictures and videos. The ability to process office documents in a wide range of formats enables investigators to perform near-instant full-text search among all the documents discovered on the suspect’s PC.
Low-level access to hard disk and system structures means that even data that has been deleted by the suspect cannot escape from investigators. Supporting Windows, Unix/Linux, iOS, Android and Mac OS X file systems, natively mounting images created in FTK, EnCase, X-Ways, DD and SMART formats, UFED, JTAG and chip-off binary dumps, and many popular virtual machines without using these or any third-party tools, Belkasoft Evidence Center can collect more evidence than any single competing tool in its class.
