The Puritan Premium product cuts cost, reduces waste and promotes healthy hooves.

Puritan Premium, a Pennsylvania-based equine product company, has recently released a patent-pending, environmentally friendly product designed to revolutionize equestrian care.
Founders Mike and Martin Dorsch, describe Puritan Premium equine bedding “crumbles” as a proprietary blend of organic, re-purposed and “select” Agricultural Fibers that have been specifically proportioned and blended to quickly absorb and contain urine while elimination ammonia odors.
Mike Dorsch explains that, “Unlike other products on the market, Puritan Premium bedding crumbles will not allow urine to “leach back out” once it is absorbed, even when the horse walks on it. Our product actually converts the urine to a semi-solid material, which eliminates vapors and ammonia odors, creating a safer, more pleasant stall or trailer.”
Puritan Premium bedding crumbles substantially reduce labor, disposal and material use. “One 40 pound bag will absorb 25 gallons of liquid, so one bag should last an average of 10 days per horse,” said Martin Dorsch. “Unlike other products, you only need remove the spent material, which is easy to find because it will clump together when wet. And, since it reacts very quickly to liquid, the adjacent material will remain dry.”
“The Puritan Premium product cuts cost, reduces waste and promotes healthy hooves,” added Mike Dorsch.
Puritan Premium bedding crumbles are now available in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, New York, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. To order, or learn more, please visit http://www.PuritanPremium.com.
