A stressful work environment can hurt the physical and emotional health of employees. Too much stress at work can also decrease overall productivity and performance in the workplace. The goal of Clearview Resolution Services has always been to help others, starting with their employees.
During the last few weeks of April, Clearview Resolution Services will be shutting down the office early on Fridays. The Clearview team will use this time to discuss what causes stress in the office and ways to identify these issues and how to solve them together as a team.
Working with people every day can be extremely stressful, and everyone deals with stress in a different way. For this reason, it is important to recognize what causes co-workers to be upset and establish positive coping strategies.
The goal of these team meetings in April is to find ways to recognize the warning signs and reduce stress in the workplace. Although every work environment is different, the stress management initiative set in place by Clearview Resolution Services can be applied in all types of workplaces.
