With years of proven success behind her as a Client Director for SPS in New York, LaTonya was chosen for this opportunity, expanding her role to include the oversight of a broad base of clients in an important geographic region. Based in Washington D.C., she will be responsible for managing and directing the growing operation to ensure the attainment of the company’s core values: clients first, delivering excellence and innovative thinking.

As Regional Client Director, LaTonya brings over 15+ years of experience in the outsourcing business to clients. She has worked with various industries and has demonstrated success in managing operations across a multitude of service lines, such as mail, copy, call centers, office services, catering/conference center management, reception services, hospitality and facilities management. She also has a proven track record of exceptional customer service, which has resulted in client retention, account renewals and increased revenue.
