Your CRM might be great at managing relationships but it wasn't designed to manage closing disclosures or asset verification - Dave Sims, Floify CEO

Floify, the leading provider of mortgage automation software, announces the launch of the Floify App Store, which allows other industry providers to build complementary apps that offer their branded data and functionality visually within the Floify platform.

Floify’s 150,000 registered users already have access to Floify-built integrations with loan origination systems, SMS providers, asset and income verification partners, e-signature providers, and file-sharing platforms. The Floify App Store lets 3rd party developers build their own apps and offer services with visual representation within the Floify user interface.

As part of the Floify App Store launch, the company announced its newest addition, a Salesforce CRM app, built by Razor IT, a full-service IT solutions company involved in some of the largest ERP, CRM, and integration projects in the world. The Salesforce app lets loan officers access their Salesforce summary reports right inside their Floify pipeline dashboard. “Our core expertise is enabling key platforms to speak to each other and we’re excited to be helping Floify customers get more value out of their Salesforce CRM”, said Jon Paul Hull, CEO of Razor IT.

Floify’s approach is to allow best-of-breed solution providers to build applications that push relevant, opt-in data to Floify’s subscribers, which include loan officers, real estate agents, and borrowers. “Our approach enables partners to stay specialized in their area of expertise without making lenders log into multiple systems” said Dave Sims, CEO of Floify. “Your CRM might be great at managing relationships but it wasn’t designed to manage closing disclosures or asset verification.”
