Channel Partners, a resource for indirect sales channels offering IT and telecom systems and services, is pleased to announce that TPx Communications (formerly TelePacific) has been selected as a winner of the 2017 Channel Partners Choice Awards.

TPx was among only four winners honored during an awards reception on April 13 at the Spring 2017 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.

“This is the first year for Channel Partners Choice awards,” said Lorna Garey, editor in chief of Channel Partners. “We wanted to recognize top channel-focused suppliers, but we didn’t want to simply have a group of editors or analysts making selections. If we were going to add a new award, it had to be driven by the community. We think we achieved that. All Channel Partners Choice winners were nominated by current partners, with no incentive except recognizing excellence in channel programs.”

This all-new award recognizes vendors for innovations in their channel partner programs. Anyone in the channel community may nominate a vendor partner.

TPx was nominated by Alan Sandler, managing partner at Sandler Partners, for its commitment to ongoing service innovation and operational excellence so critical to partners and their customers. Over the last couple of years, the company has doubled down on delivering managed services, which are in high demand by customers and represent a stickier sale for agent partners. This effort began a couple of years ago when then-TelePacific created high-value solution sets it calls the 3Cs – Connectivity, Cloud and Continuity.
