Latour focuses her practice on international trade regulation and compliance, with an emphasis on U.S. export controls and economic sanctions administered by the Departments of Commerce, State, and Treasury. Latour advises on international trade related matters related to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including anti-boycott regulations; and U.S. sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
