G2 Crowd finds HubSpot tops satisfaction ratings and earns highest overall market presence score

G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review platform, today released the Spring 2017 Marketing Automation Software GridSM report to help businesses make the best marketing automation technology buying decision. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Act-On, and Adobe Campaign were named Leaders in the report, receiving a strong customer satisfaction score with a large market presence.

ActiveCampaign, Real Magnet, SharpSpring, Intercom, ThriveHive, Maropost Marketing Cloud, Informz, LeadSquared, Autopilot, iContact Pro, Vbout.com, Listrak, Wishpond, Lead Liaison, eTrigue, ActiveDEMAND, Net-Results, inBOX25, DSS™ (Dynamic Self-Syndication™), Drip, Salesfusion, OutboundEngine, Right On Interactive, and Iterable were named High Performers in the report, earning strong customer satisfaction marks with smaller market presence scores. HubSpot earned the highest overall satisfaction score and the highest overall market presence score.

The Grid leverages customer satisfaction data reported by authenticated users along with vendor market presence determined from social and public data. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender or Niche.

Key Findings:

All About the Leads — The average score among all of the products for each of the lead management feature questions exceeds 80% in this report. "Segmentation" remains the lead management feature with the highest average score, suggesting that targeted marketing is highly valued.

Facilitating Success — Users in this report were satisfied with both the quality of support provided and the ease of doing business with vendors. This is a key insight given that most products in the report have at least some instances of vendor implementation.

Serving Small Business — More than half of the reviews in this report came from small-business users. This would suggest that marketing automation tools are beneficial for smaller businesses that need efficiency in their marketing initiatives.
