The third annual event is being held April 24 to 26 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The presentation by Jenkins, entitled “Gender Differences in Leadership: Leveraging Your Natural Strengths as a Woman Leader,” shared insight on how women can harness certain traits and qualities to excel as leaders. Based on research conducted by OutMatch into critical competencies that make leaders successful, she explained that while men and women are virtually identical in most working traits, there are also some differences. Women score higher on assessments measuring multi-tasking, and they tend to display relating traits showing warmth, which can be leveraged for relationship building, coaching and teamwork.
