3radical today announced a record year as brands achieve unprecedented audience engagement with its ground-breaking Voco platform. The year to 31 March 2017 saw revenue more than double as an increasing number of clients take advantage of its technology. Now, over a million individuals across the world engage with brands in real-time through interactive digital content created and delivered by 3radical Voco.

Use of the real-time audience engagement platform substantially increased throughout the year as an increasing number of brands rolled out 3radical Voco. Clients, both new and existing, are increasing their use of 3radical Voco to acquire and retain new and existing audiences through the delivery of individually tailored, relevant, interesting and rewarding calls to action across a range of digital channels.

Strong growth was achieved during the year across all regions. New client wins included Mitchells & Butlers, Singapore Press Holdings, POSB Bank, MedicAnimal and Charter Hall as well as a big 4 UK energy provider.

Passing the 1 million mark for consumers engaging with brand content delivered through the platform, 3radical Voco was recognised numerous times during the year for its game changing results. Results achieved by clients using the platform include a 3-fold increase in click-through rates and the achievement of 5 repeat engagements from a single click. These exceptional results can only be achieved by delivering interactive content that individuals want to engage with, time and time again.

The outstanding results achieved by the 3radical team and its clients, including Anytime Fitness, DBS Bank and POSB Bank, were recognised across a number of industry awards with wins including:
