Acquired by The Springs Living in 2015, the major renovation in process at The Springs at Grand Park confirms a commitment to serving Billings’ senior population with a warm, comfortable environment that’s changing the way people experience senior living.

Built in 1997, The Springs at Grand Park has provided compassionate assisted living and memory care to seniors in Billings, Montana for 20 years.

“Residents are excited that the additional community upgrades will now match the quality of care and services they have been receiving,” said Brenda Connelly, RN and director of operations of The Springs Living. “A refreshed look that is warm and inviting reaffirms why they selected us, as their ‘home’ in the first place.”

Footsteps® Memory Care, designed for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, is also being completely renovated for increased functionality, safety and livability.

Other key campus renovations include an overall interior refresh with new colors and furniture; onsite beauty salon/barbershop and the addition of “Fancho’s” as a casual gathering location for residents, friends and family. “Upgrades are designed for the desire of both our current residents, as well as our next generation of seniors,” added Connelly.

The Springs Living has partnered with local general contractor, Jackson Contractor Group, to run the remodel project. Construction is underway and scheduled for completion by summer 2017.

The Springs at Grand Park is located at 1221 28th Street W, Billings, MT (406) 652-6989.
