Michael C. Fina Recognition, a leading rewards, recognition, and incentives provider announced its Chief Customer Officer Jeffrey Fina will co-present "Using Recognition Programs to Drive Company Culture During an Organizational Rebrand" with Carol Battaglia, Assistant Vice President of Benefit Operations for Northwell Health, today at the 2017 Recognition Professional International (RPI) Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Formerly known as Northshore-LIJ, Northwell Health launched its new name in Spring 2016. With the help of Michael C. Fina Recognition, a new consolidated rewards platform was introduced during the organizational change to help drive engagement, build culture, eliminate unnecessary spend, and standardize company-wide recognition practices.

"Our new myRecognition platform centrally manages employee recognition efforts, allowing us to transition our new identity more seamlessly," said Battaglia. Northwell Health is New York State's largest health care provider and private employer, with 21 hospitals and over 550 outpatient practices. The organization employs 61,000 workers, including 15,000+ nurses and nearly 3,400 physicians.

The RPI Conference concludes May 2, 2017 at Hyatt Regency Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Leaders from some of the nation's most successful companies will address stories of innovation and employee recognition rewards during the three-day event.
