Open Systems Technologies Hires Kimberly Shephard as Chief Human Resources Officer
NEW YORK (PRWEB) May 01, 2017 -- Open Systems Technologies, a privately held staffing firm specializing in unique, customized solutions, has hired Kimberly Shephard as its Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer.
In this newly created strategic leadership role, Shephard will work with the executive team to drive new ideas, strategies, and initiatives within the HR Department and the company. She will be responsible for facilitating and managing a “best in class” Human Resources Department, furthering company-wide employee development, standardizing HR processes and procedures, overseeing payroll, and fulfilling compliance regulations.
For more than 20 years, Shephard has served as a senior HR professional at companies ranging from mid-stage startups to large global enterprises. She has extensive experience with team building, coaching and counseling, and driving change within various organizations.
