Reid is responsible for proactively implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience and physician relations. She manages the physician onboarding program, during which new providers learn about reputation management, provider promotion and patient experience processes. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Clemson University School of Nursing and maintains her registered nursing license in South Carolina.
