St. Louis-based agencies Geile/Leon (G/L) Marketing Communications and Digital Intersection (DI) are bringing their staffs and operations together to form a joint venture, with the goal of offering a full-funnel marketing approach to clients.

Our two firms are coming together to meet that demand,” said Geile/Leon President & Brand Strategist Tim Leon. “Geile/Leon has long been a leader in brand strategy and brand driven integrated marketing communications, while Digital Intersection’s expertise is in lead generation, customer retention, data analytics, and direct marketing. Together we can close the loop and help brands connect with prospects/customers in a way that ultimately leads to revenue generation for our clients.”

Under the leadership of owners Dave Geile and Leon, 28-year old G/L has operated as a brand driven strategic agency that helps clients with brand discovery and development, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, internal communications, digital and social media.

Founded in 2009 by its President Bob Mastis, Digital Intersection leverages client data, known customer information and campaign performance metrics, to help clients with optimizing lead generation, retention, current customer up-sell and cross-sell campaigns.

“Good customer insights and analytics bring clarity to a campaign and help us create more captivating messages and concepts,” said Geile, who also acts as G/L’s CEO & Creative Director. “The client benefits from all parties sharing and utilizing information and resources.”

Both agencies also predict new business opportunities resulting from their new relationship. Geile/Leon has extensive experience with education, healthcare, manufacturing, and farm and ranch clients, which can benefit from DI’s expertise. Digital Intersection has experience with consumers and financial institutions (i.e., community banks and credit unions) and supports large brands with small to medium sized B2B marketing solutions (e.g., yp.com and Angie's List), which could benefit from G/L’s capabilities.

DI’s eight-person staff will be moving to G/L’s offices in the City of St. Louis on The Hill, where they will be working with G/L’s 13-person staff.
