Polaris Transportation Group Acquires J.G. Drapeau Ltd. and Commercial Warehousing Limited

Polaris Transportation Group (PTG) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the shares of J.G. Drapeau Ltd. and Commercial Warehousing Limited based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. This marks Polaris’ third acquisition as the company carries forward its growth agenda consisting of organic and selective acquisitive growth. This acquisition allows Polaris to increase its concentration of Fortune 500 customers, across a wider breadth of industries.

Drapeau and Commercial Warehousing will continue to be led by the current management team, including Ms. Margaret Hogg, who will remain General Manager of the companies.
