Fairway America’s SBRE Investment Summit 2017 Exceeds Expectations

The annual invitation only SBRE (Small Balance Real Estate) community event hosted some of the nation's leading real estate entrepreneurs and high net worth investors in its 5th iteration.

Demand for the event has grown exponentially from both the SBRE community’s entrepreneur and investor constituencies

Fairway America, LLC, the trusted authority in the small balance real estate (SBRE) space, proudly hosted its 5th iteration of its flagship event, the Small Balance Real Estate Investment Summit. The event hosted this past week at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in Del Mar, CA. was completely sold out and is widely considered the premiere SBRE community event in the country amongst investor and entrepreneurial circles.

“Demand for the event has grown exponentially from both the SBRE community’s entrepreneur and investor constituencies,” said Fairway’s CEO Matthew Burk, “because they have discovered the genuine value that the event provides.” Education, authenticity and engagement are the main themes at the SBRE Summit. “The growing demand has allowed us to completely fill the presentation, general admission and high net worth investor slots with very high caliber representation across each group, but it has meant we have had to turn people away which we hate to have to do.”

Presenting companies from around the country included: Alturas Capital, Big V Capital, Builders Capital, Colonial Capital Management, Fairway America, Goodman Capital, Legacy Group, NorthPoint Capital Fund, Pacer Partners, Pepper Pike Capital Partners, RockStep Capital, Roers Investments, Santé Reality Investments, SKB, Taylor Derrick Capital, Vesta Hospitality, Voyager Pacific Capital, and Worcester Investments.

“We were very proud about the lineup and caliber of the presenting companies,” said Burk. “We had an excellent assortment of strategies including mortgage pool funds, apartment syndications, value-add office and healthcare funds, single family development and rehab, hospitality, retail, discounted notes, and more, from all around the United States. The sheer variety of sponsors, strategies, approaches and expertise is one of the things I love most about small balance real estate. There really is something for everyone in the SBRE field, but it is very important for investors to understand how to assess opportunities. Bringing these two deserving parties – SBRE entrepreneurs and high net worth investors – together directly for mutual benefit is at the core of our mission.”

The event was made possible with the generous support of multiple sponsors active in the SBRE space including Spiegel Accountancy Corp., The Capital 8 Group, Pathfinder Partners, LLC, Colonial Capital Management, The Darien Group, Keiretsu Forum, Redwood Real Estate Administration, SBREfunds.com, and Styled by BTACK.

The SBRE Investment Summit is an invitation only boutique event designed for both accredited high net worth investors and qualified SBRE entrepreneurs who are serious about a commitment to excellence in alternative real-estate investments.

The 2018 event will be held at the magnificent Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL, March 7th –10th. Please visit https://sbrefunds.com/event/sbre-investment-summit-march-2018/ to be notified when applications will be available to attend or present.
