Infortel Select Service Pack 6209 Enhances Reporting Capabilities

This service pack includes a number of improvements to the already powerful reporting platform. The new Service Pack includes the introduction of a new look-and-feel for Dashboard, Call Exploration, Reports Portal, greatly expanded Dashboard flexibility, and a new Contact Center Dashboard providing Real-Time contact Center Metrics for Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) users.

New enhancements have been made to include:

  • Multiple Dashboard Visibility - Create multiple dashboards with appropriate gates for various teams
  • Editable Gate Templates - modify or create altogether new gates based upon defined criteria
  • Gate Design Sharing - share gates with others in the organization
  • New Gate Display Options - display data in gates using six new graphical representations
  • Additional Drill-down Options – drill-down to phone, vendor, or specific phone service levels
  • UCCX Reporting Enhancements - Get real-time stats on UCCX Contact Center agents, queues, and calls
