Emily G. Naughton of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Northern Virginia office will speak at Information Management Network’s seventh annual Provider Forum on Data Centers & Cloud Services Infrastructure. The forum will take place June 8-9, 2017, at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C.

Naughton will speak on the panel, “Small/Mid-Sized Data Center Executive Perspective” and will address notable trends in the small/mid-sized data center operator market, approaches to maximizing returns, and sources of growth finance.

Naughton focuses her practice on commercial transactions involving real estate and technology matters, with an emphasis on cloud computing. She has represented some of the world’s largest content providers in colocation and data center leases globally with providers ranging from multinational owner-operators to single facility operators. She also represented various data center operators on complex data center development projects, new construction, and leases.
