Lymphoma Research Foundation Returns to Quaker Ridge Golf Club For 2017 Golf Invitational
New York, NY (PRWEB) May 08, 2017 -- The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) – the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives and patient services – will once again host its annual Golf Invitational at the prestigious Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, New York.
The par-70, 7,008-yard course is currently ranked as the #76 course in the United States by Golf Digest, hosting three Met Opens, three Met Amateurs, and three Met PGA Championships. The course will also be the host site of the 2018 Curtis Cup next June, making it just the third club in the U.S. to host both the Walker Cup and the Curtis Cup.
“Each year, the Lymphoma Research Foundation Golf Invitational provides as an incredible opportunity for the greater New York City community to support today’s most innovative blood cancer research programs through the game of golf,” said Steven J. The event’s festivities include lunch, golf, cocktails and dinner at Quaker Ridge Golf Club, with foursomes available for $6,000.
