The MLS™ Members Can Seamlessly Import MLS Data Into Their zipForm® Plus Transactions

The MLS™, a Southern California-based MLS system, is offering MLSPush™ by zipLogix™, in partnership with CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, at no additional cost to its more than 15,000 members. The MLS™ is among the first few MLS systems in California to provide this new technology to its members.

With MLSPush™, it will be easier than ever for members of The MLS™ to make an offer. The listing data that is stored electronically in The MLS™ database auto-populates into a zipForm® electronic form. This new technology eliminates the need for multiple passwords and delivers an easy-to-use, streamlined experience.

The MLS™ offers numerous third-party services at no extra cost to its members, including Realist, Cloud CMA/Cloud Streams and 10K Research and Marketing, among others. Recognized for being at the forefront of innovation, The MLS™ has its own wholly owned and operated MLS system. Its in-house technical team is in the process of developing a new MLS System, currently in Alpha mode.
