Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) May 17, 2017
The Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS) closed on April 27th, to a record-setting exhibit hall and attendees.
Presented by the Precision Machined Products Association, in partnership with Production Machining magazine, the biennial PMTS included 293 exhibitors displaying more than 73,000 square feet of equipment and service technology used for the manufacture of high-volume, precision parts. The 2017 exhibit hall surpassed the exhibitor and square foot total of PMTS 2015, a show that was honored as a Tradeshow Executive “Fastest 50” growth event.
“We’re excited to report that PMTS continues to grow. The growth of PMTS, also signifies growth for American manufacturing. PMTS is where companies go to research and invest in new equipment technology. The confidence to research and invest doesn’t just mean that companies are active today, but that they are making plans to compete and succeed tomorrow. The willingness to innovate and invest is what will drive manufacturing for years to come,” commented Dave Necessary, Director of Marketing & Events.
Complementing the increased exhibit hall, PMTS 2017 had more than 4,800 attendees! Attendees included owners, executives and engineers from contract manufacturers and OEMs involved in precision machined parts production.
PMTS will return April 2-4, 2019, making its debut in a new city for PMTS, Cleveland, OH.
