The Catering Institute ‘Summit’ to Address Off-premise Best Practices, Future Growth

Food service leaders to discuss challenges, opportunities beyond the four walls at June 6 event.

Now in its third year, the Symposium is the only event of its kind and is designed to focus solely on the issues and best practices tied to building an off-premise restaurant business. This is especially important as technology providers and third-party delivery channels are fighting for market share.
