Midland IRA and 1031 Announces Employee Promotions to Accommodate Growth

(PRWEB) May 29, 2017 -- Due to the planned and achieved growth of Midland IRA over the past year, the self-directed retirement plan firm is pleased to announce new hires and employee promotions among senior management. These changes have been implemented relevant to IRA and 1031 exchange service divisions in their Ft. Myers, Florida and Chicago, Illinois locations.
The firm serves clients across the nation who hold over $1 billion in assets in self-directed retirement plans. These accounts allow owners total control in choosing their own assets to increase the wealth-building potential in their portfolios. Brandon Hall, as the executive vice president and chief operating officer, is to oversee the operation departments including client services, accounting, and compliance. His experience makes him a powerful fit for this position and the team is happy to welcome him to this additional role.
Amanda Bermudez has been promoted to senior vice president, but is to also continue as the client services manager. She is responsible for managing the Chicago office. Bermudez has been with the firm for over eight years. Midland is excited to have her assume the responsibility of running this part of operations and the Chicago office.
Rita Woods has been promoted from senior associate to client services supervisor to assist Bermudez with overseeing the department. Both women are eager to ensure the firm continues providing exceptional client services.
Warren Fountaine, has accepted the position of senior vice president, but is to continue his role as assistant CFO in managing and overseeing corporate accounting and trust accounting.
Theresa Knower, CES®, is to continue overseeing all 1031 exchange operations. Her expertise is critical to develop and facilitate Midland’s plans to continue expanding the growth of the department.
