Trinity Consultants Names New Director of Mergers and Acquisitions

Environmental consulting firm Trinity Consultants has named Matt Berlew as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions to focus on identifying potential acquisitions consistent with the company's long-term growth strategy.

Trinity Consultants, Inc., an international environmental consulting firm that specializes in industrial air quality issues, has named Matt Berlew as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, leading the firm’s deal sourcing and execution initiatives in the area of corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Berlew served as Sr. Director of Corporate Development for a private equity-backed software company where he identified target acquisition candidates, negotiated deal terms, led due diligence, and coordinated initial integration efforts. Previously, he held various corporate development, strategy, and finance positions. Mr. Berlew received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
