“RosettaHealth has helped us move from a messy data solution and transfer model into a more standardized and simplified model,” said David Johnson, General Manager of SocialClime.

RosettaHealth, an innovative, secure, SaaS interoperability platform, today announced that SocialClime, a solution that allows medical practices to gather online patient feedback, is using its platform to streamline incoming patient data from large medical practices.

Since 2014, SocialClime has been developing innovative systems that allow medical practices to gather customer feedback, enhance customer centric cultures and power customer driven social marketing. The solution enables happy patients – in as little a 30 seconds – to provide positive review about a medical practice through Yelp, Google, Vitals, Facebook, and Healthgrades.

Thanks to this partnership, SocialClime can now access and leverage the patient data in a secure and compliant manner – whether for HL7 integration, flat-file data or email attachments. Previously SocialClime had to manage vast amounts of non-normalized data that came in at random intervals.

“RosettaHealth has helped us move from a messy data solution and transfer model into a more standardized and simplified model,” said David Johnson, General Manager of SocialClime. “It’s cut down on our lead time to get a practice up and running on our system, and it has helped cut down on our costs, which is a great benefit.”

The cloud-based RosettaHealth platform makes electronic health record exchange affordable and ubiquitous. Used by EHRs, Hospitals, Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), mobile health apps, and analytics vendors, RosettaHealth enables the efficient, seamless, and secure transportation of data to connect the whole world of healthcare.

“This is a prime example of how electronic patient data can be fully leveraged for health start ups in ways that help advance their business goals,” said Buff Colchagoff, CEO of RosettaHealth. “We look forward to continuing to support SocialClime as it changes how medical practices interact with their patients online.”

In addition, the RosettaHealth Platform and its suite of products and services was created by Nitor Group, a leader in health IT solutions. Nitor Group provides a toolkit of healthcare solutions and services enabling organizations to exchange healthcare information safely, securely, and efficiently based on legislated and industry accepted interoperability standards.

The Nitor Group team originally worked closely with the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) defining and deploying standards, creating reference implementations, and establishing the fabric of interoperability that is expanding across the industry today.
