Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) domain, announced the appointment of Naresh Govindarajan as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategic Partnerships. Naresh will also be a part of Servion’s Global Leadership Team. In this role, Naresh will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships to create channel-based revenue streams across Americas, Europe, and Asia. He will also be involved in competency-building and joint value creation for clients and partners.
Naresh brings over 20 years of experience having worked across UK, US, Canada, Australia, The Nordics, and Switzerland. Prior to Servion, he was the Business Unit Head for Diversified Business in Europe for Virtusa, where he was involved in acquiring large deals in the Customer Experience space in the past few years. He was also part of the core team that was instrumental in growing the business organically fourfold within a span of four years where the partnerships he established played a crucial role in the growth. Apart from growing these strategic partnerships and creating strong revenue streams through new customer acquisitions, Naresh was also responsible for incubating the Insurance vertical in Europe.
