Bella Villaggio is On-target for Opening Spring 2018
Carlsbad, California (PRWEB) May 30, 2017 -- The opening of WESTliving’s Bella Villaggio community at 40-235 Portola Ave., Palm Desert is on-track for spring 2018. The foundation, paving and first floor framing is complete and one of the five wings is nearing completion on its rooftop. Mountain vistas provide the backdrop for the Coachella Valley’s newest senior living community by WESTliving opening next year.
“We are excited to expand and bring WESTclass senior living services to Palm Desert. We have received a great response from area residents interested in learning more about our project,” said Patrick Collins, COO of WESTliving. “Construction is progressing on plan and our mission to provide high-quality senior living services to the greater Palm Desert community is coming to life!”
This will be WESTliving’s 10th senior living community in its portfolio of California, Arizona and Washington State properties which are purpose-built to encourage active and social living. The 138,000-square foot community will include 108 independent and assisted living units with 40 allocated to memory care. A variety of floor plans include studios to two-bedrooms with generous layouts to accommodate residents’ familiar furnishings. The community will also house restaurant and café dining facilities, an artist studio, library, movie theater and pool and fitness facility.
Plans for an onsite sales center and a team of professionals to showcase the community are anticipated for late summer and early fall 2017. The first model units will be ready for viewing early 2018.
