Beverly Hills-based agency Global Fertility Concepts (GFC) is pleased to announce two new additions,Shelli DiCioccio, LSW and Ana Favela, RN, to their growing team of fertility experts. With several years of experience and knowledge within the field of assisted reproduction, Shelli and Ana will help continue to carry out GFC’s mission to help couples and individuals start a family of their own. Furthermore, Shelli and Ana’s first-hand experiences with the struggles of infertility allow them to share a deep connection with intended parents who come to the agency in hopes of finding an alternative path to parenthood.
Shelli DiCioccio joins Global Fertility Concepts as a Licensed Social Worker specializing in assisted reproduction. Having earned her Master’s Degree at Hunter School of Social Work in New York City, Shelli began her career in the field of geriatrics. Her experiences in home care, hospital care, and long-term care helped her gain the valuable clinical skills that strengthened her expertise in mental health assessments and evaluations of egg donors and surrogates.
Shelli’s passion and sincere desire to help intended parents, donors and surrogates comes from her own struggles with infertility. Through her personal experience and hardships, she has been able to provide a deeper level of compassion and support to couples and individuals hoping to start a family through surrogacy.
Ana Favela joins Global Fertility Concepts as a Surrogate Nurse Coordinator. With multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, Ana gained valuable skills during her time as a third-party IVF Coordinator as well as her time working in the field of Labor and Delivery.
Following her eight year struggle with infertility and IVF treatment, Ana was inspired to focus her efforts in the field of fertility. Her experience has inspired her passion for providing exceptional care and assistance to both intended parents and surrogates throughout the entire treatment process. Ana’s unique experiences and knowledge will help GFC continue to assist intended parents achieve their dreams of starting a family through surrogacy.
