BOTTLEST Celebrates Launch of Full Cocktail & Wine Bar with Debut of New Live Music Series; Late-Night Performances in New Buellton Entertainment Venue Start June 1, 2017
Buellton, CA (PRWEB) May 31, 2017 -- On Thursday, June 1, 2017, new Santa Ynez Valley (SYV) bar and bistro, “BOTTLEST”, will celebrate the official launch of their full bar, new bar food menu and custom-crafted cocktail program with the premiere of a live music series entitled “Crafted”, in the entertainment venue’s redesigned bar. The new music series – featuring artists of all genres from Santa Barbara Wine Country and beyond – augments the upscale daytime and nightlife entertainment option that Bottlest is bringing to the “SYV”.
Crafted Live Music Series, which had a Memorial Day Weekend soft launch, will start at 6:00 PM every Thursday, and 8:00 PM every Friday and Saturday evening, with late-night bar hours and performances through 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays (bar hours and performances through 9:00 PM, on Thursdays).
“Bottlest’s new music line-up, and our craft cocktail and wine programs, exemplify the concept behind our new bar. Bottlest offers something for everyone, from live music, to dining and drinking at all levels, and late-night hours – a rarity for this area,” said Vlada Stojanov, Bottlest’s General Manager, Certified Sommelier and Chief Mixologist.
“Crafted” will showcase local, regional and national acts of varied music genres, from rock and pop, to folk, jazz, Americana and blues. Currently-scheduled highlights include the Thursday, June 1 performance by SoCal singer/songwriter, Natalie Wattré (6:00 PM-9:00 PM); June 2 and June 3 shows featuring music industry veteran, Mark Terry; New York City-raised soulful storyteller, Natalie Gelman (Friday, June 9); the aptly-named classic jazz trio, Three Martini Lunch (Friday, June 16); and Goleta-grown indie/folk duo, The Brambles (Thursday, June 22).
Stojanov continued, “The new Bottlest Bistro is approachable, but serious, whereas Bottlest’s bar scene is a come-as-you-are, ready to rock – and stay late – option, with good deals on our craft cocktails and equally as ‘crafted’ food items.”
Accompanying the new, live entertainment option, Bottlest will offer food and drink specials during Friday and Saturday “Crafted” shows. Friday nights will feature a $15.00 “Beer & Burger” deal, while Saturday evening specials will rotate, always combining a cocktail and food item such as a $15.00 Pizza and Margarita pairing.
Bottlest, located adjacent to Terravant Wine Company’s winery facility, opened in early May of 2017. The hospitality space encompasses a full-service restaurant serving Lunch and Dinner menus, with a late-afternoon / evening Bar Menu served at the bar (3:00 PM to close). Bottlest’s culinary and beverage team includes Stojanov, Executive Chef Owen Hanavan, and Consulting Chef De Cuisine, Barton Jones.
Food options on Bottlest’s new bar menu will include casual, classic all-day dining items, such as the Steak Hamburger (bacon jam, gruyere, brioche); Lamb (meatballs, potato chips, mint); Pork Belly (with sunchoke and apple gastrique); the locally-favorite “Dates” (bacon-wrapped dates with goat cheese); as well as salads and vegetarian options, like the Veggie Burger (house-made patty, lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, walnut pesto).
Much like the Bottlest bistro menus, which entail innovative dishes constructed from seasonal, locally-sourced produce, highest-quality natural meats and local seafood, the Bottlest cocktail program utilizes all house-made and farm fresh ingredients, with the exception of the actual spirits used in the drinks.
Bottlest’s custom crafted cocktails include Somm-driven inventions such as the “Lavender Gin Paloma”, made with house-infused lavender gin, simple syrup and grapefruit juice; “Hibiscus Lemonade” (house-infused hibiscus vodka, hand-squeezed lemonade); the “Bottlest Margarita” (Sauza Blue Reposado Tequila, orange liqueur, Pinot Noir salt rim); the flirty “Happy Canyon Daiquiri” (Real McCoy 3yr, lime, simple syrup, dehydrated lime wheel), and the fun “Bathtub Martini” (Andrew John’s Premium Gin, lemon twist, floating rubber ducky).
Bottlest’s well-rounded menu of bar offerings includes bottled craft beers and ciders from local, national and international producers, like “Trumer Pils”, a German-style pilsner from Berkley, California; Juneau, Alaska’s “Alaskan Amber”; Belching Beaver’s “Peanut Butter Milk Stout” from Vista, California; and Libertine’s “SLO Wild Ale” from California’s Central Coast.
Bottlest’s bar will offer guests the same wine list as those dining in the restaurant, including access to the venue’s 52-bottle “Wine Wall” centerpiece, a Napa Technology WineStation system dispensing 52 ever-changing wine tasting options available as one ounce tastes, half-glasses or full glasses.
Bottlest’s bar will also feature various weekly promotions like “Margarita Mondays” (margarita specials every Monday); “Tito’s Tuesdays”, when all martinis made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka will be offered at a discount; and, “Wine Wednesdays” – Bottlest will unveil a new featured, rare vintage each Wednesday, with a 20% discount on all wines.
