“I Think I'm A Cow”: the story of Billy Goat and his friendship with a cow. “I Think I'm A Cow” is the creation of published author, Christopher Robyn, father and professional writer. Christopher Robyn started writing professionally in 1984 for a variety of magazines, journals, and books. He has been featured on several documentaries. He specializes in anthropology and the social sciences. He is currently working on another children's book, “The Adventures of Malachi Mouse,” which is dedicated to helping children make the correct life choices in a world of increasing peer pressure.
“I watch animals interact on a daily basis. This close proximity to farm life has inspired me to portray animals in an intimate way. A way, which only living amongst them can portray.” --Christopher Robyn
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Christopher Robyn’s new book tells the story of a goat that seems to think he is a cow.
Author Christopher Robyn lives on a ranch in a small farming community in Western Washington State. One day, his neighbor purchased a male goat, a ram, which Christopher named Billy, or Billy Goat. Since Billy Goat could not see that he was any different than the other animals in the pasture, he naturally bonded with the animal that he identified with the most. In his case, it was a cow.
“I Think I'm a Cow” was inspired by real life events. Christopher Robyn wanted to create a work, which allowed both parent and child to interact. Having raised children himself, he fully understands the responsibilities of parenting. The time parents spend with their child is now more precious than ever.
