“Our industry is a powerful vehicle as our staff greatly impacts our guests’ lives, which is why it was so important for our new look to reflect Villa’s core mission of ‘Making people better,’ both our residents and staff.” -Mark Berger, CEO at Villa HC

Villa Healthcare is proud to announce its rebrand that showcases an updated look as well as the mission statement of “We make people better.” Villa began in 2010 by assuming control of several under-performing or marginal skilled nursing centers. Fast forward seven years later and Villa now owns and manages 22 centers throughout the Midwest, while looking to expand within and outside those regions in the near future.
“Our industry is a powerful vehicle as our staff greatly impacts our guests’ lives, which is why it was so important for our new look to reflect Villa’s core mission of ‘Making people better,’ both our residents and staff,” said Mark Berger, Chief Executive Officer at Villa Healthcare.
Villa Healthcare’s primary mission is to improve the lives of all stakeholders: residents and their families, Villa staff and hospital personnel. The company is adamant about going beyond simply providing resident- focused care; it aspires to make people better – staff and residents.
“At Villa, we’ve always been driven by our passion of making people better; it’s been at the forefront of everything that we do. We are excited that our new branding can convey this story,” said Avi Lev, Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Villa Healthcare.
He continued, “I love that our new brand focuses on our people. It’s exciting to see Bob, our rock star maintenance guy, on our flyers and Diane, our amazing nurse, on all our brochures.”
The company’s new, modern rebrand is simply a highly-anticipated “facelift” that still portrays and bolsters Villa’s longstanding priority of making residents and staff better by providing the highest quality of care and innovative employee initiatives.
“Our Villa team is truly the face of our new brand and what makes it amazing is that it’s real,” said Lev.
Employees, residents and families will begin to see the updates taking place at each of Villa’s facilities as well as the Villa website, brochures, signage and more.
