The integration automates the process of balancing financial data between a property’s WebRezPro PMS and M3’s Accounting Core, maximizing efficiency and improving data transparency.
Through the interface, WebRezPro automatically exports trial balance and night audit data, as well as other end-of-day statistics, including revenue by source code and number of rooms sold, to M3. The automated export feeds directly into M3’s daily report, balancing the two systems without any manual data entry required. Streamlining this process is beneficial to various lodging types, from single properties to multi-property operators — the latter of which need to extract and analyze data from multiple properties in a timely and accurate manner.
