Call tracking platform sweeps Spring 2017 Grid℠ and Results Index rankings

CallRail, the world’s most popular call analytics provider, today announced it’s been ranked the leading call tracking provider by business software review program G2 Crowd in its Spring 2017 Grid℠ Report and its Result Index for Inbound Call Tracking.

Products shown on the Grid℠ for Inbound Call Tracking have received a minimum of 10 reviews/ratings. Products were ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market presence (based on market share, vendor size, and social impact) and placed into four categories on the Grid℠. CallRail was ranked a “Leader” for its substantial scale, market share, and global support and service resources.

G2 Crowd’s Results Index score is calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of results-related review questions. Products included in the Results Index for Inbound Call Tracking have received both a minimum of 10 reviews and five responses from real users for each of the results-related questions featured in the review form. With a score of 9.06, CallRail ranked first across all categories, including Best Results, Best Estimated ROI and Users Most Likely to Recommend. The average Results Index score in the call tracking category was an 8.43.

The G2 Crowd Results score comes on the heels of several product launches in the past year for CallRail. In March, CallRail unveiled its SMS analytics feature, which allows marketers to better gather insights from customers via text message. Additionally, CallRail launched CallScore in October, which leverages machine learning to automatically qualify phone call leads.
