Smartsheet, the world’s leading SaaS platform for managing and automating collaborative work, today announced that it has been named a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Spring 2017 Enterprise Team Collaboration Grid. The rankings represent reviews gathered from the G2 Crowd user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. Smartsheet was named a Leader alongside Slack, Confluence, Yammer and Workplace by Facebook for having the highest satisfaction scores, combined with a large market presence.

To qualify for inclusion in the Team Collaboration category, a product must:

  • Allow the creation of a (public or private) workspace that multiple users can access, view, and edit
  • Integrate with existing communication channels or software
  • Provide features that support communication and peer-to-peer or peer-to-group interactions
  • Track the history of conversations
