Leapfrog, an iProspect company, a performance marketing solutions leader, expands its senior team with two appointments. Ann Kostopanagiotou joins the company as Senior Account Director, and Shawne Pierson joins as Director of Data Architecture.

As Senior Account Director, Ann Kostopanagiotou will manage strategy and program development for key Leapfrog accounts. She is an expert at building brands across all media within B2B and B2C industries with broad sector experience including retail, CPG, healthcare, financial, real estate, and travel. Most recently Kostopanagiotou was Director of Account Management at Rise Interactive where she elevated the account management practice, guided the cross-channel team, and managed digital strategy and execution for multiple clients.
Kostopanagiotou held leadership positions in several marketing organizations including APK Consulting, Band Digital, and R/GA Media Group. She is a past president of the Chicago AMA and earned a BA degree in marketing communications from the University of Illinois Chicago.
Shawne Pierson joins Leapfrog as Director of Data Architecture, responsible for directing a major expansion of the company’s data and the set of predictive analytics applications it supports. He most recently served as Director of Application Development, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Enterprise Systems Management at HSBC. Pierson held senior positions at HSBC managing IT engineering, infrastructure and security, service management and business systems.
Pierson has a MBA in global business from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is earning a MS degree in predictive analytics at Northwestern University.
