Today the Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA) announced it has opened registration for its inaugural RGCA Forum event October 2 through 4 in Kansas City, Mo. Forum is open to RGCA members and non-members alike. It is an inclusive event for a variety of closed-loop gift card industry stakeholders, including gift card program managers, retailers, secondary exchange sites, third party resellers, technology companies that leverage gift cards and egifts, processors, manufacturers and distributors.
The RGCA Forum will be a content-rich, interactive event that includes in-depth discussions on fraud, merchandising, secondary markets, digital platforms, holiday trends, regulatory issues and other timely topics surrounding closed-loop gift cards. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend educational sessions, network with seasoned industry professionals and participate in roundtables.
