Prescription Landscape Acquires Arteka Outdoor Services
St. Paul, MN (PRWEB) June 08, 2017 -- Prescription Landscape, Inc., (“Prescription”) Minneapolis-St. Paul’s leading commercial landscape services and snow removal provider, today announced the acquisition of Arteka Outdoor Services from Arteka Companies, LLC. (“Arteka”) Arteka Outdoor Services is a specialty landscape service provider for select home owner association (HOA) and premium sites in Minneapolis-St. Paul, and the greater metropolitan markets.
Terms of the deal, which closed June 1, 2017, will not be disclosed.
