Hanley Wood, the premier information, media, event, and strategic marketing services company serving the residential, commercial design and construction industries, announces the launch of the 2017 Multifamily Executive Concept Community—a design, development, engineering and construction program that unveils thought leadership and best practices for the next generation of multifamily. The program kicks off with a design charrette, with ongoing content leading into a website and bi-monthly newsletters where multifamily developers, owners, operators, architects, general contractors and other industry service providers can keep up-to-date on the project. The Multifamily Executive Concept Community will also be featured at the Multifamily Executive Conference in Las Vegas, September 18-20, 2017.

The Multifamily Executive Concept Community is a nine-month discovery, education and content program that has goals around process performance, new materials integration, and innovation in energy performance. The project will spotlight process innovation both operationally and thematically to develop a multifamily design that represents the next generation of efficiency in construction time, quality and performance by leveraging partner BGO Architects’ design acumen and partner JPI’s forward thinking construction and development skills.
