Gilbane Building Company, a nationally recognized leader in construction services, has been selected by the Marin Community College District in California as the Program Manager and Construction Manager for the delivery of the Measure B bond program across its core and satellite campuses, which serve approximately 8,000 students.
Approved by Marin County voters in June 2016, Measure B will focus on the repair and upgrade of campus classroom buildings, science labs, vocational education facilities and job training centers necessary to support 21st-century career development in technology, computers and engineering. The bond is also intended for the repair and modernization of facilities and critical infrastructure to ensure access and safety for all students and community members.
