Victor comes to COLOTRAQ with a track record at the forefront of technology trends, with remarkable success driving strategy, managing RFI/RFP processes, pioneering new ventures and penetrating global markets.
Victor has led his own IT consulting firm focused on advisory and management services in digital marketing and strategy, international market penetration, IT business operations, infrastructure project management, and financial engineering. Throughout his extensive IT career, Victor has worked and consulted for major global companies such as AT&T, Air Liquide, T-Mobile, Merck, Avaya, Goldman Sachs, Bristol-Myers Squibb, American Express, and Kaltex and was instrumental in the growth and international expansion of Fintech and Telco startups.
Victor has an engineering background, having earned a B.S.E.E. degree in Telecommunications and Electronics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico, where he also took Master Degree Courses in Systems, Quality and Productivity. He has particular expertise developing global technology businesses and sales channels, managing large accounts and selling complex global technology solutions, including IT Outsourcing Infrastructure, real-time information systems, and Tier1 cloud solutions. He has also launched and revamped new products and offerings for both small and large corporations. Victor began his career in 1991 with Grupo Reforma in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to the United States in 1992 to open the New York office of InfoSel, a subsidiary of the Group.
