Kreag S. Anderson’s New Book “A Sailor of Today” is an Entertaining and Enlightening Window into the Life of a Navy Veteran
(PRWEB) June 16, 2017 -- Kreag S. Anderson, a Navy Veteran, father, devoted writer and author, has completed his new book “A Sailor of Today”: a gripping and potent story of life, love, loss and laughter. Read along as the author details his life in the military, his life chasing women and his life after the Navy.
Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Kreag S. Anderson’s profound work delves into the ideas of self-exploration and acceptance.
Kreag Anderson joined the Navy in an attempt to build a career in the field of electronics. The Navy required him to sign a six-year active duty contract to secure their investment in his education. He became a radar operator and technician for the gun system on board the USS Buchanan. Due to his desire to chase ladies, and finding comfort in smoking pot, he fell just short of becoming a 4.0 sailor. He completed one Western Pacific cruise and spent a year in dry dock in Long Beach, California. He was also a guard for nuclear weapons. He spent thirty-eight days in the brig of the Philippines for an unauthorized absence. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, he attended New Mexico State University so he could spend more time with the ladies.
Readers who wish to experience this gripping work can purchase “A Sailor of Today” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
