“Streets Of Hell, Journey Of Faith”: the story of the author and her family’s triumph with her drug addition through the healing power of Jesus Christ. “Streets Of Hell, Journey Of Faith” is the creation of published author, Karen Horvath.
“Drugs, prostitution, guns, and knives ended up being a way of life, but not because I wanted it that way. Innocent recreational use of cocaine progressed into a full-blown drug addiction with all the dangers and actions that become a way of survival.” --Karen Horvath
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Karen Horvath’s new book tells the author’s descent into a life of drugs, prostitution, and violence.
Author Karen Horvath started life in a family of love that shared strong Catholic morals and values. Life was great with sisters, a brother, and parents who could not have been more blessed. A Christian upbringing, good neighborhood, vacations, and fun were all she had to worry about as a kid. Nearing the age of fourteen, however, she started to make bad decisions.
People, choices, and circumstances led her to the streets of hell. Staying alive became a low possibility. Her parents knew very little, until she started to come and go from their house, only staying long enough to tell lies and steal family cars. Going to prison seemed like her only hope for a cure. She should be dead, but she is not. She is only here because of the miracles Jesus Christ preformed. In “Streets Of Hell, Journey Of Faith,” she now shares her story, along with the stories of her family’s struggle to save her.
