Corra Group will be offering special discount pricing for Motor Vehicle Driving Records for any professional commercial driver who is attending the Great American Trucking Show, in Dallas Texas. The GAT will run from August 24th-26th and will be held in Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Over fifty thousand people are expected to attend.
“Corra Group services hundreds of trucking and transportation companies,” said Corra Group, Co-Founder, Gordon Basichis. “Truckers come to us for their employment screening needs, including the annual MVR that is run on every commercial driver, to stay compliant with the Department of Transportation. “We are a full-service company.”
“This year, we are offering all attendees and trucking companies in possession of a commercial driver’s license, special discounted rates for MVR’S,” said Basichis. “We are offering driving records for companies with five or more drivers at $5.00 per MVR, plus the state Department of Motor Vehicle Fees.”
Basichis offered that to get this special GAT Discounted rate, the trucker must show proof that he or she attended the Show. He suggested the trucking company or its drivers be able to email proof of registration, to the El Segundo, CA based employment screening service.
“This is not an offer that will last forever,” said Basichis. “Our discounted $5.00 offer runs from the show until September 30th. And then its’s back to regular pricing. I should note that we base our pricing on volume, so the more drivers you have in your company, the cheaper the price of the MVR.”
Basichis noted that in addition to providing Motor Vehicle Driving Records, Corra Group offers a package of trucking background checks, including criminal records checks, and DOT compliant Employment Verification, as well as PSP reports, and the CDLIS.
“Corra Group has been in business for about thirteen years,” said Basichis. “We think The Great American Trucking Show provides a great service to the trucking industry. At the show, truckers can meet with more than 500 exhibitors, showing off everything from truck, trailer, and engine parts, to some of the more advanced technology. In appreciation of its service to the trucking community, and given the difficulties within the industry over the last few years, we figured we should help give the drivers a break.”
