Tristar Products, Inc. Releases Power AirFryer XL in Japanese Market to Glowing Reviews
Fairfield, NJ (PRWEB) August 29, 2017 -- DR TV invention company Tristar Products, makers of the highly-reviewed Power Pressure Cooker XL, announce the debut of the oil less Power AirFryer XL in Japan. The 30-minute infomercial was shot on location in Tokyo and featured a gigantic array of traditional Japanese foods.
“We couldn’t be more excited,” said Norah Alberto, Director of Global Communications at product marketing company Tristar. “The Power AirFryer XL has gotten overwhelmingly positive reviews by our international markets and we’re confident we’ll have the same response from Japanese consumers. The no oil fryer lends itself not only to busy families but also as an amazing, healthy alternative to the traditional Japanese battered and deep-fried tempura method of cooking.”
The Power AirFryer XL was introduced by Tristar in 2016 as the 5-in-1 oil-free air fryer with five different cooking methods. Consumers get the same crispy-fried result in the new air cooker as their favorite French fries—without having to deep-fry in oil, butter, or lard. To help serve large families, Tristar’s engineers designed the Power AirFryer XL to bake, sauté, grill, and roast, in addition to its signature air-frying feature. The Power AirFryer XL is engineered with 7 pre-set programs activated by 1-touch smart buttons, answering the requests of busy customers in Tristar product reviews for easy, fast cooking that’s also healthy.
“We’ve enjoyed a friendly, long-term relationship with our distributors in Japan. When we saw the tremendous success of the Power AirFryer XL in both the United States and international markets, we knew Japanese consumers would love it as much as everyone else has,” says President and CEO of Tristar Products, Inc. Keith Mirchandani. “It was especially exciting to see traditional Japanese recipes reproduced so easily and so deliciously in our no-oil Power Air Fryer. It really is an incredibly versatile machine that lends itself to practically any type of cuisine.”
Tristar worked with Japanese distributors to develop air fryer recipes that would appeal to the Japanese audience. The infomercial blends both western and eastern palettes featuring Tristar’s long-time spokesman, culinary expert and author Eric Theiss cooking alongside a traditional Japanese chef. The Power AirFryer XL unit is sold in both 3.4 qt. and the 5.3 qt. family-size models on TV, social media, and in retail stores in the United States. Units of various sizes are sold in United Kingdom, Ecuador, Canada, Australia, Germany, and now Japan. A smaller, market-specific 2.4 qt. model was chosen for testing to the Japanese audience.
