In this role, Johnston will oversee the strategic and operational responsibility of staff, programs and expansion, as well as the execution of AONN+’s mission.

Johnston has been involved with AONN+ since its inception in 2009. Most recently, she served as a member of AONN+’s Leadership Council, providing insight and expertise to help guide the Academy’s varied educational activities.

“Danelle’s drive and passion make her an excellent fit for this new role,” says Lynx Group CEO Brian Tyburski. “She possesses a firm understanding for operational processes and management, clinical and medical content strategy and development, and effective team development — skills that will serve her and the organization well as we continue on our growth trajectory.”

Since 2014, The Lynx Group has grown annually by 25% and projects that by 2020 it will have tripled in size.

“The opportunity to create custom solutions for Life Science companies is what keeps me driven,” says Johnston. “To be able to provide these services within the confines of a growing company is optimal to providing exceptional, high-quality results for our growing list of clients.”

Johnston, who possesses more than 24 years of industry experience, will leverage her background in clinical and operational management, deep clinical oncology expertise and strong understanding for industry standards to provide exceptional leadership in this new role.

“The move to offer our growing number of customers and clients with strategic consulting services was very natural to the type of work we have been providing to Life Science companies over the years,” says Tyburski. “The delivery of healthcare has undergone a transformation and Life Science companies are demanding strategic thinking with the in-depth knowledge of new decision makers. Danelle and her whole team at AONN will be there to help them navigate through this continued transformation and deliver exceptional business growth for their respective brands.”
