Terra Site Constructors Names Thomas Mutchler Chief Operating Officer
Front Royal, VA (PRWEB) August 29, 2017 -- Terra Site Constructors, LLC, an industry leader in the installation of Post and Panel Walls, Sound Barrier Walls, MSE Walls, and other C.I.P./Precast structures, recently announced that Thomas Mutchler has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to Babur R. Mian, Chairman & CEO, Mr. Mutchler will oversee the daily activities of Terra’s team of experienced engineers and construction personnel to ensure efficient and effective project delivery and client satisfaction for specialty construction projects. He will also work closely with Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Eric Hilberath, to expand the scope of services we offer to our valued clients.

As Mr. Mutchler moves into his new role with Terra, Allan “Jay” Josselyn, Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and former Chief Operating Officer of the firm, will transition to the newly-created role of Executive Vice President of Risk Management. Mr. Josselyn will oversee the risk profile for all company projects, with the goal of identifying, assessing, and responding to risks in order to achieve project objectives.
With more than 150 years of combined experience in the specialty construction industry, Terra Site Constructors’ leadership quartet of Mian, Mutchler, Josselyn and Hilberath is well-positioned to advance Terra’s position as the preferred specialty Sub Contractor for major Highway, Industrial and Commercial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.

An industry veteran with more than four decades of leadership experience in specialty construction, Mutchler holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from the Management training program at the Harvard Business School, Boston, Mass. He also holds various certifications and accreditations, and has specialized training in safety, construction and accounting.
Prior to joining Terra Site Constructors, Mutchler served as the Division Manager for the Northern Virginia division of Facchina Construction Company, Inc. Previous to that, he was the President, Owner and Head of Operations for KB Contracting, LLC, which was acquired by Facchina Construction in 2007.
