The new secure creative review and audit trail features are designed to meet the needs of creatives and marketers working in businesses regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and need to maintain compliance with 21 CFR 11.

The FDA maintains broad authority to regulate products, labels, notices and advertising for foods, drugs, medical devices, veterinary products, like pet food, and even electronic products that “give off radiation” such as microwaves. These new inMotion features are designed to manage projects within these constraints during the creative and marketing process – to avoid an erroneous product label for an automated external defibrillator (AED) mistakenly placed on devices in market, for example.
