NucleusHealth™ has added Richard V. Marra as Vice President, Operations. In his executive team role, Mr. Marra will be responsible for building out and directing the company’s operations to support rapid growth in its teleradiology and cloud-based medical image management business units.

Before joining NucleusHealth, Marra was Vice President, Business Intelligence & Analytics Excellence, at nThrive Inc. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director, Global Client Support & Escalation Management, at Carestream Health Inc. He also served in executive roles with Agfa HealthCare, Allscripts, Merge, and Cerner Corporation.
During his tenure at nThrive, Marra led the development and implementation of a company-wide internal analytics initiative and established an Analytics Center of Excellence to consolidate functions into a centralized analytics team and drive end-user adoption of all analytics packages. At Carestream Health, Marra led 330 employees with a $78 million budget for global client services, including three 24x7x365 technical support call centers, worldwide escalation teams, client analytics, and client satisfaction for radiology, cardiology, computed radiography, digital radiography and PACS applications.
Marra earned a Master of Science in Management & Organization Behavior and a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. He has published white papers and conducted conference presentations on numerous industry and business management topics, including telemedicine, global client service processes and building data-driven organizations.
