THE LINK captures a final score for the interviewer’s effort each time the simulation is run. Supervisors can have administrative access to the interviewer’s simulations, transcripts, coaching, and scores. Additional details can also be accessed and viewed while in the administrative role, allowing the administrator to determine how much time was spent practicing each level of the simulation and identify areas of possible improvement for individual users.
